Shot-stopper
Alphonse Areola (West Ham): The Hammers could have been trailing by six at Bournemouth if it wasn't for him. Massive moment, rose to the occasion and showed top ability. Some top goalkeeping to secure a 2-2 draw. A loss would have damaged their whole season.
Defensive unit
Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace): He's a contender for season's best. Fans mention Gunners' stars. He is the best performer without doubt.
Murillo (Nottingham Forest): It would take a wild optimist to say 'Murillo nets and we defeat Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield'. You'd have got huge prices on that. He was excellent. He's becoming a powerhouse. He is truly a challenge. Pleased to watch him perform as he did previously.
Malick Thiaw (Newcastle): I observed him multiple matches the previous season in Italy for AC Milan and he had difficulties due to errors. Yet now he's been a monster. He's been really strong and powerful and appears graceful. It seems he has discovered a ideal club.
Ferdi Kadioglu (Brighton): Not typically a left-back, rather a attacking-minded offensively. He has proven to be a great purchase for Brighton. Who would be surprised at them finding another gem unexpectedly? I thought when they got rid of Pervis Estupinan it raised eyebrows but Brighton know more than us.
Engine room
Sander Berge (Fulham) and Elliot Anderson (Nottingham Forest): Two of the same type and they make it for the shared purpose. Their sides were victorious, all discuss about the goalscorers, but lacking these players those teams don't click. They excel. They break up play, they support going forward.
Eberechi Eze (Arsenal): The man of the moment. Many Arsenal fans, like my child, had doubts about his ability as the man to secure victory. A hat-trick in the north London derby and now they want to honor him permanently of him. Scoring, calmness, he controlled the game. The standout individual on the pitch.
Morgan Rogers (Aston Villa): Perhaps this represents aspect I share with Thomas Tuchel on - he has got to a point now where it's going to be extremely tough to drop Morgan Rogers. I didn't think he had a great start the term, I believe he acted with some expectation and believed he could secure a transfer to Chelsea, and perhaps aimed for that, but he seems to have found his footing. Two superb finishes in the Leeds match dragged his team from a deficit. He was the difference maker.
Attackers
Callum Wilson (West Ham): I mentioned he appeared not his normal self. It seemed he was slower. However, incredible. Words fail me. He was excellent. Brilliant in his play and through his scoring.
Harvey Barnes (Newcastle): A really interesting player. He plays well, usually better off the bench, but due to Gordon's absence so he is required to feature. He squandered a key opening against Manchester City at 0-0 with his easiest shot. But to have the psychological strength to put himself in tough scenarios and net two was impressive.
Manager
Sean Dyche (Nottingham Forest): He comes in and beats Arne Slot. A excellent strategy. It might have been five or six for Forest and all would agree.
